You consent to receive notices from PetalMMO by email, by post to the address provided in your account or contact information, or by notices posted on PetalMMO.com. Notices posted on the website shall be deemed received 24 hours after posting. Notices sent by email are deemed received immediately upon sending, unless PetalMMO receives a delivery failure notification. Notices sent by mail are deemed received three (3) business days after dispatch.
The failure of Guy4game to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of Guy4game’s right subsequently to enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of these Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge that any breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be insufficient or difficult to quantify. You therefore agree that PetalMMO shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, to seek injunctive or equitable relief for any violation of these Terms and Conditions without the requirement of posting bond or surety.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PetalMMO with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
